Mike was excellent, always available when needed. James, our move manager, responds well to email, but he's more difficult to contact by phone. We got 3 offers within a few days of going on the market and we have just exchanged on one of them. I found Romans very helpful when I first moved to my new flat. Once in I had some major bathroom problems, to which Luke took charge of, he kept me updated every day sometimes twice a day he communicated with both my landlord and myself very professionally.
