GoogleI can't speak for everyone at haart but the reason I am giving 4 is for one particular person. She's been nothing but brilliant when I have had problems in the place I rent also dealing with my landlord. She's also such a lovely person. Also chasing up things that need chasing up. Thr lovely lady is Louise from property management.

GoogleThe poorest customer service I’ve received in years. They did not reply to over 20 messages in over a week and even when I sent a friend in to see if there was a problem with me personally they didn’t feel the need to apologise. I hope their landlords realise how they treat potential tenants, goodness knows how they treat existing ones! Awful experience!

Dear Monica, Thank you for your feedback and I'm extremely sorry that you were not happy with the service you received by haart. I'm glad we were able to show you a property that met your criteria. After you viewed the property and told us that you wanted to put an offer forward, we spoke to our Landlord who asked us to undertake additional viewings on the Monday before making a decision. Your friend then visited the office and I set down with her for around 15 minutes to explain the situation in detail and that we would be in touch on the Tuesday to let you know the Landlord's decision, which we did. Your friend assured me she would relay the information to you, so there wouldn't be a need for you to call us until Tuesday. That said, we should have done better in returning your calls between your friend visiting, and the Tuesday when the decision was being made, and I'd like to apologise once again for that. I understand that you have now found a new property and I sincerely hope you enjoy your new home. Kind regards, Daniel - haart lettings.
