At every stage of the lettings engagement process, we received excellent professional support and advice from a dedicated and knowledgeable team at Haart “Fleet, Lettings Management”. In particular, we were very impressed with enthusiasm and motivation of Dane Baker “Assistant Branch Manager” who was instrumental in the delivery of support services and administration documentation that secured a new tenancy agreement within two weeks of my first visit to the Fleet office. Throughout the two-week engagement period, the “Fleet, Lettings Management” team were very professional in their dealings with potential rental clients and prospective landlords, always accessible and willing to share their extensive knowledge and experience of the local Fleet rental market. I have had a very positive experience with all the team at Haart Fleet. Gina has taken me through every step with great detail and was always around to answer any questions that i had. The whole team are a credit to the company very polite and nothing was any bother for them. Really happy with their service, we were purchases looking buy a house in the area, even after taking nearly a year to sell our property, they would phone us up regularly to see how our progress was going and if we had a buyer, they were always polite and helpful. I would recommend to any sellers/buyers as they are very active in seeking out protentional buyers/properties with a professional positive attitude. It was good to see a proactive service like this considering the market being slow at the time unlike some estate agents in the area we found to be very uninterested even when we had a buyer whom still haven't sent us any possible matches. Honestly, faultless. First time buyer, so had not been through this process before. Charlie-Ann, from the first viewing to completion, remained as friendly, informative and honest as I could have possibly hoped. Patient with the fact I didn’t really know anything about buying a house prior to this, and genuinely went over and above my expectations to get me all the information I needed straight away. Always responded to emails and calls promptly and kept me up to date regularly with progress. 5star for her, give her a big fat raise 👌🏽 Jordan the manager, and Oliver, also great.
