Couldn't recommend Olly enough when it comes to purchasing a property in Fleet. He went above and beyond to ensure completion happened. He was always contactable and forwarded on every important email from the seller's side which helped a lot knowing what to chase my solicitor on (who wasn't exactly the best in coming back quickly). Also, whenever he was on annual leave he also made sure there was a smooth handover so Rob was completely up-to-date and could properly help. I'll absolutely be coming back to Olly when it comes to selling my property & purchasing another in the future.

Most organised and transparent Estate Agents

Wow - Hayley, Dan, and Ben at Bridges Ash Vale were immense help to us. From start till finish the team were extremely supportive, were available to answer questions in a timely manner, and were so friendly and fun to work with. Any hurdles we came across were quickly dealt with by the team, and we were kept in the loop at all times. They really did bring some comfort and fun to such a stressful process. I've just rented a property for the first time so had some worries due to my total inexperience ! Bridges have been brilliant from the start from Lauren who found the tenants so efficiently and quickly to Camilla and the team who walked me through the process leading up to the tenants moving in, getting organised and making sure all the details were sorted. I'm so glad we decided to list our house with Bridges Fleet! Olly and the team have given nothing but exemplary service from start to finish. Always eager to respond to all questions, never too busy for a phone call and absolutely excellent at keeping us updated and informed of any progress. We felt very safe in Bridges hands. Olly was very fair in his valuation of our property and made us feel like we were his top priority even though they have so many other customers. We would 100% recommend them to anyone requiring an estate agent in the area. Also, even though Olly was our main guy, anyone at the office who answered his phone whilst out was just as attentive, happy to help and reliably passed on messages to Olly. We’ve sold through Bridges twice now and I can’t imagine using another agent. We worked closely with Rob Stocchetti back in spring, who helped us enormously with feeling confident about listing our property as well as securing our sale for our next home. No home purchase journey is without a couple of hurdles, and we’ve had a few out of our control, including an unexpected probate on the property we were purchasing. Despite the complications, Rob did everything in his power to push this sale through and we trusted him completely with his advice, which got us an exchange only a month later when we expected to be waiting months! Thank you Rob (and wider team!) for all your hard work and dedication.

I have been working alongside different estate agents as I am looking for a property to buy.The service here is just amazing. I met Maia who was very efficient at showing me around the property no pressure was applied as soon as she knew I was looking for something else. Instead she asked what exactly I was after then proceeded to send me details of the exact homes that I would like to purchase.I spoke to Ben by phone and again the service stands out as being one of if not the best I have come across.I feel valued even although I am aware that they have many clients to look after but it does not feel that way.I highly recommend using this company as they obviously know how to recruit GOOD people!

They showed NO enthusiasm or interest in selling our property in Woking and was a waste of three months! There is nothing more to say. Most of the phone calls was us chasing them for a response. Stay away or advertise with multiple agencies if possible.

Huge disappointment, big waste of time..

So me and my husband called Bridges to try and arrange a viewing, my husband spent almost 10 minutes on the phone to go through the registration process. The lady said we could go for the viewing also gave us date and time, then she said we would need to wait for a confirmation email. We never received any email. We eventually called the office the following day only to hear them say that we couldn't see the house since our house that is on the market is not under offer. They clearly consider showing a property to someone who's not in the position to buy "tomorrow" like a waste of time. My husband said "they lost a potential buyer cause if I am searching for a house and I see one I really fall in love with they cannot know if I can manage to find a way to buy it". Honestly this kind of service is not helping buyers or sellers. Maybe is just helping them to get less work to do. Such a shame.

Olly and the team were brilliant throughout the process of us buying our house in Church Crookham. The process was made slightly more difficult with slow solicitors and extra complications dealing with probate but the team at Bridges were really proactive throughout and we felt they were doing all they could to get things sorted as quickly as possible for us. The team were also really accommodating when we needed tradespeople and surveyors to visit the property at quite short notice. Would definitely recommend!

ASK FOR YOUR CLEANING RECEIPT WHEN YOU LEAVE. They tried to fleece me £288 for cleaning, taking it out of my deposit. When I pushed them for a receipt, they got back to me later after a lot of nudges with the actual receipt being £150. They were a nightmare to deal with throughout and the person I dealt with was very rude and arrogant. Don't use.

I have recently sold and purchased through Bridges and even though the market has been incredibly slow they worked hard to get people through our door. The staff in the IT Hub are all excellent on the phone, I felt like I knew them all by the time we sold!! Special thanks to Carly in the Hub. Sally the Sales Progressor worked hard for us, even though she moved within the company before the sale completed, I wish her good luck and thank you for all your hard work.
