My experience with Bridges agents, at the Ash Vale branch was made great by Hayley Levy. I wouldn’t have been able to make my new home purchase possible without all her amazing work. I don’t think it would have got over the line without the excellent service. I was called and kept up to date every day and will always be grateful. It’s taken a while to get straight and take the time to write my review, that’s 100% deserved. Thank you to Hayley.

The sole reason I would you bridges again is Hayley, the Sales Progressor. She sang from the same hymn sheet as me and was completely on board and ready for action whenever I needed her, often already actioning what I needed before I had spoken to her! We had an incredibly fast sale and that was all down to her. Thanks so much Hayley, you made what is often a horrendous experience, fast and easy as well as adding humour in along the way!

GoogleBrilliant bridges branch. I was very hesitant about using from friend who used another bridges estate agent in another town however we loved the house. From start to finish, everyone had been brilliant, especially Matt & Ollie who took over once the sale was agreed. Nothing has been too much for them, they have gone above and beyond updating us every time there was progression. We we ever had to sell, I would certainly return. Thanks so much guys.

Booked two viewings never turned up for either on time or actually show the property one of the times didn't even have the keys. Rude don't care avoid.... And the 4.9 Google reviews they proudly have all over their office is false marketing and out of date

Buying our first home with not a lot of knowledge on how the process worked. Once Dan got involved, his communication between us made us feel so much better about situations along the way. He explained everything and always got back to us when we needed the reassurance on the upwards chain complications( nothing to do with Bridges). I am not sure this sale would have went through without him.

After using 2 other estate agents, Bridges (Hook) managed to book more appointments within the first 10 days than the previous agents put together! The sale process has been long but Kathy has been invaluable to the whole process, chasing and keeping us updated - she was on the journey with us. I would recommend Bridges to anyone else looking to sell.

As first time buyers we are very greatful to the team in Ash vale especially Hayley she helped guide us through the process with ease, we were keen beat the stanp duty and Hayley made that happen, her guidance support and advise guided us through. Even when she was off for a few days she told us what we needed to do and checked in. We can't thank her enough of what she did for us.

GoogleI recently found myself having to move rental home, I had found a house through a different estate agent but spent a very stressful 2 weeks going through everything getting a terrible service from them to it all falling through. I then saw a property on Bridges website, I spoke to Dean on the Saturday morning who put my mind at rest immediately after I explained what had previously happened, he arranged a viewing that afternoon with Lauren, who was lovely, she didn't rush me around the property and answered all my questions, I applied for the property there and then. On Monday morning I had a call from Dean to say I'd been successful in securing the property subject to referencing, Cody from the dedicated in house referencing team then contacted me and we started the process. The whole process from start to finish took around 4 days, the communication and support from Dean, Lauren and Cody was fantastic and I can't thank them enough. In the last week I have moved into my new home and am settling in nicely. I can not recommend Bridges highly enough. Thank you!!

My tenancy with Bridges letting agents of Farnborough is finally coming to and end and I couldn’t be happier. Problem after problem since the day we moved in. Grossly unprofessional and never willing to hold their hands up when in the wrong, they would rather try and accuse their tenants of lying.One of the agents had arranged a viewing today from 1.00 - 2.00, my wife and I with our daughter made sure we left ample time for the viewings to finish so we pulled up to the house at 2.20 and the agent was still present with the people viewing the property so we couldn’t pull up our drive which meant we had to go and waste another 15 minutes. When we returned, one of the doors was unlocked. I sent an email about the issue and the cowardly individual dealing with the case decided to call my wife rather than reply in a formal email. The representative tried to argue about the viewing going over until my wife offered to show our CCTV for proof, the representative then tried to argue that the agent wouldn’t have left the door unlocked - it was unlocked!If I could leave a minus star review I would but unfortunately I have to leave an incredibly flattering 1 star.

GoogleWe unexpectedly found ourselves in a situation where we were in rented and given a section 21 no fault eviction. Luke from Bridges in fleet was amazing and went above and beyond to find us a suitable property within days of the notice, putting our minds at rest as a family. He took the time to understand our needs and did more than what was asked of him. Luke was always available to answer any questions I had and had an amazing/positive work attitude. Although we didn’t find exactly what we were looking for, we highly appreciate Luke’s help and wish more estate agents acted the same way as him. I highly recommend Luke. My experience with Bridges has been brilliant, and Simon Kerry especially. I have moved several times and my experience with estate agents has not been great, but Simon has restored my faith. He couldn’t do enough for us and definitely went above and beyond. He called back promptly every time I called and he wasn’t available. He went out of his way to answer any queries I had and was quite simply a Star!. I would thoroughly recommend Bridges, their professionalism and dedication and experienced staff made what is usually a very stressful experience much less so.

She was relaxed, welcoming and put our needs before her own taking the time to explain everything so clearly about the property. She gave a very rounded, helpful viewing and explained the position of the vendors in order to achieve a good outcome for them. This in turn lead to an accepted offer on the home.
