I have just sold a property through this estate agent and with thanks to the staff at the branch, had very little work to do. They have managed all my viewings, kept me informed of progress and collected a final meter reading on the day contracts were exchanged. I live 90 miles from the property and travelling back and forth would have been a logistical nightmare but with help from the team at the Highfield branch, this has not been necessary. Huge thanks to Clare and all concerned, you get my recommendation.

Joanna/Rebecca arrived at the wrong time to do my property Assessment. She rudely claimed it was I who had the wrong time, though I had been advised of the time twice. I informed her I was on my way, she did not inform me of her intention of not wanting to wait a few minutes. When I arrived a few minutes later (but we'll within the appointment time I was given) she had gone. I then called her, she did not answer my call nor did she show me the curtousey of a call back. Why would I want to deal with such people!

Arranged an appointment for a letting and was given the time of 11:30. Got reminded the day before that appointment was 11:30, got called on the day at 11:15 to be told in no uncertain terms that my appointment was at 11:15. Told the girl I was on my way and when I arrived at the property i was left ghosted. I then called the girl on her mobile number and my call was not answered. It was a very hot day, lf I'm trying to make an excuse for them, but in truth they don't really care. I would give less than 1 star if I could. - They replied: she could not hang around, so why not tell me she was not intending to wait & how about the subsequent call on her mobile, which was not answered, and no call back ?

Claire and Carly were fantastic at keeping me updated on both sale and purchase and answering any questions I may have if not themselves then finding out the information. Everyone knows moving home is one of the top 3 most stressful things you can do and they made the whole process so smooth I would definitely recommend to anyone!

We viewed a house through Robert Watts (Clare) and from the get go, she was absolutely brilliant and friendly! Being first time buyers, we were nervous...Clare helped settle those nerves. Further to this, she was absolutely fantastic in being the person to help us understand the process, despite us only being the buyers through Robert Watts and not a seller...not only that, she chased updates from all parties which massively helped us...even our solicitor didn't always share the full info being any delays etc but Clare was on it...supportive and found out quickly (in a nice way, not aggressive) and fed that back to us in the manner we would understand! Without a shadow of doubt, I would use Clare and Robert Watts (Highfield Road, Bradford) if we came to sell in the future and hopefully buy another property through them only! Called to go ahead but a woman on the phone turned me down for a valuation because it was a general inquiry (I am planning on selling but at this moment in time it’s a inquiry before building work goes ahead) Many many more estate agents in the area so the ones making false promises are the ones to avoid

Service is terrible, they don’t come back to you when you enquire about viewing a property. I left many messages but no one returns calls. I feel sorry for the people using this shambles of a company to market their property. Staff are really rude when you do get through to speak to someone. If I could give them a zero I would have done as they are not worthy of 1 star.

We had a very long and difficult legal process to complete the sale and purchase of our new home which Robert Watts really tried to do everything they could in communicating with the solicitors for each party to achieve a successful completion. I must give a special mention to Clare who took countless calls from myself and responded to my emails with a real genuine effort to help whenever she could even if I may have been pestering for updates on a regular basis. We were over the moon with the service we recieved from Robert Watts. We have delt with both the rental and sales side and cannot fault either. Gill on the rental side was brilliant, she always kept us in the loop with things and would deal with our any issues we had. She was always super friendly and really professional. We felt like nothing was ever a problem and would be dealt with in a quick and professional manner. When we came to sell our property we dealt with Carly who was brilliant. She would always send us a courtesy email or call to keep us in the loop with the progress of the sale and would offer help and advice if we were unsure. From the beginning to the end of the sale we felt like our house sale was in good hands and Carly could not have done anything more.
