Robert Watts managed my property for the best part of ten years . They did a great job of doing this with two lots of tenants. They kept me in the loop with landlord regs and vetting tenants and regular checks on the property. Always had records and emails of rent for the accounts sent in good time. They were then instructed to assist in selling the property. Which was done with due diligence and a good price. I never had any issues with them. I would recommend Robert Watts for renting or selling.

Robert Watts in BD2 helped us to sell our house in Eccleshill. The valuation by James Hart was accurate and he gave so much of his time to answer our questions and offer additional information. Clare from the BD2 office supported us with our house sale and she was wonderful, she was in regular contact with us at every stage and liaised with the solicitor and buyer regularly. This meant we exchanged contracts much earlier than expected and she helped us a lot on the lead up to completion. Stephen managed all our viewings and he was excellent.
