We were purchasers and were delayed with the purchase slightly. Martyn Gerard (Amir was the main contact but Scott stepped in when he needed to) did a very good job trying to keep things going and explaining what was happening to us and to the seller throughout.

For the start, the whole team of Cem, Anthony and Nadia have been incredibly helpful and efficient. Cem seems to go above and beyond to be helpful and always gets back straight away. He is so trustworthy. So far we've had excellent service from the whole team and got tenants at the full asking price within the week. We'd highly recommend Martyn Gerard's with this team!

As a landlord, I can only add another extremely poor review and would strongly recommend you go elsewhere to let out your property. I felt totally unsupported, experienced a great deal of stress and suggest that Martyn Gerrard actually take note of the sheer number of negative reviews and look to change how they operate.

GoogleWe had a pleasant experience with Jatin from Martyn Gerrard at the Finchley Branch. Thank you for providing a worry-free buying experience with their professionalism, although the buying situation was sort of complicated (with a chain linking three families). We were in such relief when the exchange was done today. I should say the whole procedure was managed by Martyn Gerrard with complete care and empathy- we were satisfied with the process and, sure, the outcome.
