This is our first time renting with Oceans and so far everything has gone very smoothly! Abu has done an excellent job helping us secure our property and ensuring we are kept updated with everything. Renting a new place is always a stressful time but we are very grateful for Abu for such a straightforward process. Would definitely recommend and thanks for Abu for all his help!

I bought a small flat in Cotham from Ocean 14 years ago and then hired them for to manage the rental. Ocean was great when buying the property. In terms of management I give Megan 5 stars. She is responsible, quick and really excellent--the best I've experienced in rental management in all these years.

We can’t thank the team at ocean westbury on trym enough for selling our house for us .Steve you were brilliant , Mike who carried out the viewings and Move manager Mel who was always at the end of the phone when we had a query etc or needed advice.Very professional and would highly recommend.Also the ocean property lawyers who were so efficient.

This is the worst company I ever dealt with through selling property. Extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and clueless. Stay away from them if you're a seller or tenant.

Thank you for your feedback. We are disappointed to hear that you were not satisfied due to the lack of verbal communication during your purchase. Upon reviewing our records, we noted numerous email correspondences between you and our team throughout the transaction, along with your regularly updated personal case portal available for 24/7 review. However, we understand that you may not have always been able to speak with the conveyancer over the phone. Due to the high volume of calls we receive daily, we cannot always guarantee immediate access to the person handling your matter unless a specific time is arranged. Nevertheless, our team is always available to take calls and assist where possible.We did however exchange contracts within 10 weeks from receiving the contract pack, well within the average time to exchange contracts in the UK 2024. This time frame included some delays caused by issues with a third-party management company, which were beyond our control.We would be happy to discuss any specifics regarding your experience further.
