This is not my first time using Ocean estate agents and property lawyers because the level of service, knowledge and friendliness is more than outstanding. They are all professionals who genuinely care about their clients and to this end you feel so very well looked after from start to finish. I always recommend them and from what I’ve heard about other agents, they are quite simply the best.

GoogleAfter a very long and emotional journey to find our forever home which has taken over six months, we have been well looked after by the staff at Ocean. In particular, Kate Downes has really gone the extra mile and made sure we have been kept informed every step of the way. She has been professional and efficient throughout, even when at the point of a very stressful exchange which happened at the “eleventh hour”, she was committed to supporting us through to completion. We cannot thank her and the rest of the team at Ocean enough for guiding us through the process and we can absolutely highly recommend Ocean in Filton.

GoogleWe have been dealing with Tom since he came to value the house early in the year. When we were ready to sell Tom held our hands all the way. He was friendly and enthusiastic but very professional in all that he did. He kept us well informed throughout the process and got the valuation spot on. Through his good work he had about 15 viewers at an open house and guided us through. The house is now sold subject to contract in a very short time. We have both really enjoyed working with Tom Many thanks.

I genuinly felt looked after which really helped ease the stress of selling and buying. GoogleOcean were excellent to work with to sell our house. They were extremely professional, polite and competent. The photos of the house and the advertisement were excellent quality and everything was dealt with promptly. The open house and viewings were organised very well and we were given great advice at every stage. They were also the best option as they had contacts with a lot of people who were looking for property in the area. Our transaction ended up taking 6 months to complete but Ocean did everything in their power to progress things. In particular, it was a pleasure to work with Tom Bolshaw and Kate Downes, who responded to our queries quickly and did everything they could to progress the sale.

GoogleOur experience so far with Ocean has been great. The initial valuation was thorough and accurate, it was clear they put in the effort to understand the house and the area. Tom got our house on the market within a couple of days, with photos, floor plan and description all done to an impressive standard. This is our first time renting with Oceans and so far everything has gone very smoothly! Abu has done an excellent job helping us secure our property and ensuring we are kept updated with everything. Renting a new place is always a stressful time but we are very grateful for Abu for such a straightforward process. Would definitely recommend and thanks for Abu for all his help!
