I started my journey with Jack at Ocean, who was polite, friendly and professional at all times. Then Paul the Manager took over and he kept me informed of any updates and was always happy to go through anything I wasn’t sure of. Very polite and professional too.

Mis-sold my flat. They told me my lease length was a lot longer than it was in my lease contract. Quite a lot of other information was incorrectly presented by the estate agent too. Will be wary of them in the future.

Ocean have also assisted with related issues, like mortgages and sales when needed. Mirela Fedor manages my property and is very efficient at dealing with issues and responding to queries so that things get resolved.

We sold our home through Ocean, the highlight from this was how they manged to settle any nerves we had and achieve full asking price. Ocean were also very helpful in finding us a house which suited all our needs. The whole team have been very proactive and have been there to assist and guide us smoothly through the process from start to finish. We had the majority of our interaction with Cameron. He always available to answer any questions, and always called with any new information ASAP. With all the buyers/sellers in the chain through Ocean, I felt he managed the whole chain very professionally, which gave us confidence that everything was progressing at pace and without any hiccups. Having previously experienced some bad estate agents this is very clearly a very good one!!
