These guys are AMAZING!! I honestly can’t rate the whole team at Filton enough! We haven’t had the easiest sale due to issues with the chain and mortgage lending but Ocean have taken as much stress away as possible, they managed everything on our behalf and their perseverance is what made the sale go through. Lovely friendly team who communicate at every stage and special mention to Adam who looked after us at the beginning and then Kate our move manager who is a superhero! I have nothing but positive things to say about Adam and Kate at the Ocean Filton office. Adam was amazing right from the start and is such a professional, genuine and friendly guy. He supported me all the way and helped me find my dream home, which I’m so grateful for. Kate (my move manager) did a brilliant job liaising between all parties and keeping things on track. She was friendly, approachable and was always available to talk to if I had any questions or concerns. Firstly, it can be difficult dealing with estate agents especially during the hectic stamp duty period. Yet,this team at Filton were truly the best team any seller could hope for. Service when picking up keys was not very welcoming. Asked in a very blunt way if I had the cash for appliances we were buying. Was not very friendly at this point. There was no congrats in buying the property. (Didn't feel special). At the start they were very friendly, but did not like the end when picking up the keys.
