My tenancy was up for renewal and Ella Glazebrook managed the process and negotiations on my rent increase politely and professionally. Nobody likes an increase but Ella helped to make the whole process as stress free as possible.

Really efficient service, prompt responses and dealt with any issues well. Really happy with the customer service given for my check out to get my deposit back. Also my move in was smooth, excellent communication a leak was reported and resolved within 24 hours of move in.
