I am Landlord of a tenancy which is managed by Michael Jones Company. Jane Hoskins reminded me in good time that the tenancy was due for renewal and asked if I wished to renew. She then checked with the current tenants that they wished to stay and confirmed the renewal with me. All done in a timely and systematic way.

Recently entered into a house sale & purchase. The chain was really smooth until a few hiccups occurred lower down the chain. Mark, Joe, Matthew, Jane, James and the entire sales team tried to help on many occasions. I was kept up to date and informed throughout up to the exchange recently. Even now after exchange I’m still getting help, advice and if I need any updates, I know I can pick up the phone to the team.
