We have just sold our house in Rustington through Michael Jones and throughout the entire process we found them to be professional, friendly and totally focused on achieving a sale. We dealt mainly with Richard and Emily at the Rustington office and they were obviously highly motivated to achieve a good outcome for us. At one point in the conveyance there was a difficulty for our buyers which held up the process. Richard intervened personally to ensure the sale did not fall through, which helped ensure that we were able to move into the house we were buying. The marketing materials that were produced were of a very high quality and the process of booking and carrying out viewings was always smooth, with plenty of feedback available afterwards. Overall I can highly recommend Michael Jones to anyone thinking of marketing their property. 100% satisfied!

This was my first move in 35 years, so I entered into this purchase with trepidation and very out of touch with modern methods of moving. From our first viewing it was very obvious that we had fallen on our feet with Michael Jones & Co. All the staff we dealt with were professional, helpful and enthusiastic. Particular thanks goes to James Adams who guided us through the process, keeping us informed of every development. His communication skills were amazing, responding to our emails, chasing solicitors and generally making what can be a stressful time an enjoyable experience. With many thanks and much appreciation.

From initial enquiries to now the day before we complete Michael Jones & Company have been nothing but professional, honest and open. We didn't have the easiest journeys having lost two previous buyers but James Ryan in particular really was committed to seeing our sale through. Everyone in the office I had dealings with were always very friendly and if I ever had any questions communication back was always very prompt. We have no regrets choosing Michael Jones & Co to sell our property and would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of selling.
