Decided to disengage with Hearnes as our Estate Agents after months of poor performance, lack of communication and failure to deliver on promised objectives. On the same day we did this, they cancelled our viewing on another property despite having emailed us only two days before inviting us to see the property. Bad service, bad attitude, this agency is seemingly run by a group of petulent teenagers.

Having bought our house with hearnes 4 years ago, we didn’t hesitate to use them to sell it on this time. Matt came over to value the property remembering it well from selling it to us last time and put us at ease from the get go. Although it took a while longer to sell than I’d initially hoped, I was never in any doubt that the whole team were doing all they could to get the right people viewing and thus get the offers we were looking for. They were in constant contact with feedback from every viewing and proactive marketing suggestions and advice. Once the sale had been agreed, it was a nervous few weeks through the lockdowns before completion and I’m so grateful for Juliet for keeping everything within the chain together and moving forward - this really was invaluable and made us very thankful to be with Hearnes. We have just exchanged and are now getting ready to move and we can't thank the whole Hearnes team enough. We've had to manage a sale through the Brexit slow down and a very complex chain to get to contacts exchanged and through out we found the team to have that great mix of being very professional and extremely approachable to discuss and work things through to a sensible and best possible outcome They achieved a really good number of appropriate viewings and helped enormously in the negotiations. Where most agents stop at that point, the Hearnes team step up a gear helping to manage, chase and protect the whole chain. Ours chain was very fragile and we are certain that it was only due to the work of Hearnes that saw it across the line. How much can you value that type of support support which significanty reduces stress and anxiety through the whole process. On top of all that, they are a really nice team to work with providing the level of communication that you want and quickly earning our trust. We highly recommend them to you.

Very happy with our experience of using Hearnes Estate Agents to buy our property in Ferndown. Hearnes are an independent estate agent and so did not try and sell us any in-house conveyancing service like the larger estate agent chains. I spoke with the manager who explained he was more interested in selling houses than financial products. He was very open an pragmatic when it came to liaising with the vendor to negotiate an acceptable offer price. I would happily use Hearnes Estate Agents again to buy or sell a property.
