My brother and I instructed Winkworth Farnham Estate Agents in January 2019 to deal with the sale of my late mother’s property in Farnham. Living abroad this could have been a very difficult process, however not only have Winkworth sold the property in super quick time, but they have been so helpful and gone beyond their job spec and helped us with house clearance and various contractors, organising and meeting them at the property. We can’t recommend them enough.

Fantastic service - Henry Griffin our agent couldn’t be faulted. A highly professional service with great communication, who acted with our best interests in mind. He went above and beyond to help during the process. I would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely be the only agent I’d consider for a future move.

Winkworth recently sold our property and the service from start to finish was impeccable. We bought the property originally from Tarrant and Robertson in 2007 who later became Winkworth. We didn't hesitate to use them again. Massive thanks to Henry, Jeannette and Charlie. Highly recommended.

Winkworth have provided an excellent job with the purchase of a flat for my step dad and sale of our family home. I would say they have gone over and above what is expected by personally hand delivering the paperwork to my step dad, who can't use computers. Thank you very much for such a personalised service. Much appreciated. Aleksa

From the outset Henry understood our need and tailored their excellent marketing skills and tools to meet that need. Call Winkworth Farnham first time and it will be the best choice: House sold at the price we required. A smooth process from start to finish.

Its been extremely reassuring to know our properties are really well managed and maintained by the great staff after being failed by other agents. We no longer worry about them falling into disrepair as plans are made for updating and replacing where necessary in order for tenants to have high level accommodation and us peace of minds. Highly recommend!

Honestly…..I knew nothing about trading, I was totally new to the trading market. A mutual friend introduce me to this trader Mr Bryan who provided me some fantastic trading signals, He guided me through the entire process and provided answers to my million's of questions. With an investment of $800, he made me a profit of $13,000 within 2 weeks as estimated.. if you need a dedicated trader that can handle your forex/stock and crypto trade with a high level of profit return…..I recommend Mr Bryan. he's great..DM him now ViaVerified Business Pagehttps://www.facebook.com/bryantradingleague/Telegram: https://t.me/verifiedinvestorbryanWhatsApp: https://wa.me/+64225844934

This was my first experience of renting a property since I was at University a long time ago, and Winkworth made the process very easy and stress-free. Property details were accurate, all documentation was clear and well put together, and they were very helpful in answering all of my queries. They have also been helpful with a couple of queries after moving in. Overall, I can't fault the service provided.

Henry recently handled the sale of our house. From initial meeting, pricing, appointment, marketing, viewings, sale negotiations and final correspondence up to completion, he couldn’t have been more professional or pleasant to deal with. I would definitely use Henry again without question.

I was very impressed with Henry & Charles at the Farnham Office when I asked for a valuation on my mother property. They were very helpful and if I decide to sell I would definitely use them and would recommend.

We originally signed with an estate agent for whom selling our house was a “numbers game” - and their numbers didn’t add up. Deciding to work with Winkworth was the best decision we made. They understand character properties and their special nature, and consistently introduced our home to buyers who could love our home as we did. Don’t make our mistake. Work with Winkworth from the start!

Henry Griffin, Winkworth Farnham, marketed our family member's property extremely well resulting in a quick sale. He listened to our brief and responded promptly to all queries. Excellent service from his team from start to finish with Jeanette providing timely and clear updates following communications with the purchasers queries.
