Hi Atlas, We are passionate about our business and the service we give our clients. We always endeavour to give an outstanding service and to improve our business. Most of our clients appreciate the service we provide as many of the other reviews demonstrate. In the rare circumstances where we fall short of the high standards we set ourselves, we welcome constructive feedback to help improve our future decisions. However in your case we have no idea who you are or what we have done to deserve a 1 star review. My team have searched all our tenants, landlords, buyers, sellers and registered persons and your name does not come up as anyone that has done business with us or whom we have even had contact with.
