GoogleHaving previously marketed our house through another estate agent without success, we have been so pleased with the whole team at Winkworth's from the start to the end of selling our house. They have been pro-active through-out, securing a solid buyer and finding many others that submitted offers. I can't recommend them enough and next time we move, we will definitely use them again.

GoogleAs a landlord, I have found Winkworth Farnham excellent. They achieved a higher rental figure than I was expecting and let the property within a week, giving me a choice of tenants. I have been kept informed at all times and there have been no problems at all. I can absolutely recommend and will continue to let my property through them.

GoogleWe have instructed appointed Winkworth in 2013 and in 2017 and met the same staff: they are always soundly in touch with market sentiment and valuation, mature and highly experienced, achieved speedy sales with same day telephone service. Solid impartial advice given in further personal meetings to help mediate our joint decision making process. Office back up is excellent. Highly recommended.
