My son and his wife have just completed on his sale in Aldershot. He is currently living abroad and so the sale had to be managed remotely. I(his mother) interviewed several estate agents on their behalf and recommended Simon Kerry at Bridges to them mostly because I was comfortable with his experience and knowledge of the local area, and have been delighted with the choice. He managed the whole process with confidence and skill, a consummate professional despite both solicitors being not at all up to scratch and nearly scuppering the sale several times.I would highly recommend Bridges but particularly Simon. If not at the end of a phone he would always get back quickly, and worked with my son by email to make a potentially tricky transaction as smooth as it could be. Well done Simon.!

GoogleWe recently sold with Bridges and they were supportive friendly and always professional. Alfie led our sale and without him I don’t think that we would have got there. We sold pretty quickly but there were problems with the chain more than once - he worked tirelessly to help us think through the best options to reconnect the chain and then almost single handedly managed the entire chain of solicitors - fantastic. I asked for several things to be repaired prior to moving in. These weren't done. Not only that but the cleaners also smashed the glass on my oven. A month later and it still isn't repaired. I am given a variety of subcontractors numbers who are unable to help and the latest number isn't even recognised. Make sure the property is right before you move in and hope that it never needs repairs or you will be like me left without essentials for a long time

The situation regarding the oven was outside of our control, but as you know, the contractor involved has now had the oven replaced with a brand-new oven and offered you a good will payment for the inconvenience you had experienced.Most of the maintenance issues that you highlighted prior to your tenancy were addressed before you moved in. The issues that remain outstanding will be attended to shortly. I am grateful for your time today to discuss the matter and very much hope that you now feel happier about the situation.Moving forward we will do all we can to deliver the high level of customer service that you should expect from our company. Hands down the worst Agency I've dealt with and I have been renting for year's. From the first offer falling through, to putting an offer on another rental property and waiting for day's with no communication/update and having to constantly chase. To trying to arrange a second viewing of the property before moving in, but being ignored...to then moving in to find out the Landlord had removed the built in wardrobes, which meant having to fork out extra money. Would've been nice to have been told beforehand! To not being told that we'd need access to a key for the carpark barrier so the removal van could enter the carpark to unload our furniture etc.(luckily a neighbour helped us out) We've also only received one fob to enter the building, when there's 2 of us. So inconvenient. A week later, still waiting for another fob, no update as to how long this will take. And the worst part of all- being told by the Landlord (by chance) that he will be selling the property within the next 6-12 months and that Bridges Hook knew this from the start. They conveniently withheld this information from us throughout the whole process, offering a 12 month minimum long-term let...knowing full well that wouldn't be the case. I emailed them 2 day's ago as I want an explanation...haven't had a response! Communication is terrible and has been throughout. I'm shocked that such important information was withheld knowing full well we were looking for a long-term let. They are dishonest.

Great Service from Dale and his team in Fleet. Bridges took our property on to the market and sold it in a matter of days and achieved the price we wanted. Took great photos and communicated throughout the process regarding viewings, all of which where accompanied. We received feedback on the same day or the next morning.Once the sale was agreed, we had assistance from Kevin who was a pleasure to deal with, and supplied regular updates via email and phone. We purchased our current house through Bridges, and it was a 'no brainer' to use them when it came to selling. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend their services to our friends and family. Thanks TEAM Fleet! Its been a pleasure, from two very happy customers busy packing!

Bridges Aldershot I offered for one of the properties and increased by offer on 15th Oct and called the property manager at Aldershot branch 3 times on 16th Oct afternoon, called reception and left message for Agent managing the property to call me back ASAP to confirm that I accept the owner's counter offer. But they didn't respond and then later they received another offer and things didn't workout for me. I was in a shock as I called to confirm my acceptance even before the other offer was received, I missed the property due to agents negligence and timely communication. And agent was annoyed and started talking aggressively.

GoogleI have been dealing with Chelsea from the Aldershot branch, she has been super helpful and arranged a number of viewings for me. She managed to get a feel for what I wanted straight away and suggested good properties to see, ones I would never of picked myself but I liked all of them. She has gone out of her way to help me get the right house and can’t recommend her enough.. great customer service !

Rude and Poor customer Service! Call from estate agent to cancel viewing which was understandable given the property sprung a leak. Following a request to inquire about late a viewing such that I may attend after work I was advised in a rude and hurried tone that a genuine customer would make time to attend. Agent was keen to hang up despite my attempting to inquire about latest viewings that would be possible to accommodate.
