GoogleI recently experienced significant delays during a property viewing arranged with your agency, which extended over an hour beyond the scheduled time. While I recognize that such delays can occur, especially during the busy Christmas season, my concern lies in the follow-up process. After expressing interest in the house and submitting an offer, I have consistently followed up for a response. Despite assurances of a callback, I have yet to receive any communication from your team. This lack of follow-through has rendered my initial viewing experience, which I had invested considerable time in, rather futile. Timely and effective communication is crucial in such transactions, and I hope this feedback helps improve your service for future clients.

GoogleI’ve many mutual connections with Darren, spoken with him and admired his online work for some time and have no doubt from that catalogue of evidence that he’s an exceptional estate agent and others isolated experiences of one moment in time should be discarded. No one is perfect. But as close to it you’ll struggle to find over Darren.

GoogleHope this feedback will help other buyers. We wanted to put offer for one of propertie and given all our personal details with financial avidance. However, one of manager didn't bother to reply us back after week. We have to contact the office and find out that, the property has been accepted offer from others buyer. Personally I feel unprofessional and lack of customer service. Not a good experience.
