We liked his friendly, open and honest style, and this continued throughout the sales process. His communication was brilliant - don’t think we ever waited more than an hour for a reply on anything, even at the weekend or when he was on annual leave. And Kimberly’s service was phenomenal. If you need someone to get things done, or solve a problem, she rises to every challenge with humour and vigour.
