I was genuinely concerned to read your experience, particularly as the level of communication you describe is certainly not the standard we expect from ourselves at Hilton King & Locke. I completely appreciate how frustrating this must have been, especially having rearranged your diary, cancelled other appointments and postponed work to make time for the viewings, only to find that they had not been confirmed and the properties were unavailable. Had we known that the appointments could not go ahead, you should absolutely have been contacted in advance. I am sorry that this did not happen and for the inconvenience this caused you. As Managing Director, I would very much like to understand exactly what happened and why the communication broke down.
