We have a number of estate agents to pick from in Iver, but HKL seemed to be the most suitable for us. We had a difficult “character” house to sell, but Jackie persevered and eventually prevailed. Thanks Jackie. The process was passed over to Jade who had a difficult chain to wrestle with, but did a magnificent job in chasing the chain and us through to exchange and completion. At the end of the day we had excellent value for money if you were to add up all of the time and effort afforded by the HKL team. Thank you and well done! For anyone looking to purchase or rent a property in the Iver region, I could not recommend Hilton King & Locke enough. I recently put my property on the rental market and the service was absolutely amazing and quick. Jenny Hall came to view my property and promised to get the property rented out ASAP, and she delivered on her promise. Within 3 weeks, the property was listed and rented out with tenants. Jenny was professional and always available when I had any queries. Having had a somewhat lengthy sale process the Iver team seem like a part of our extended family. The whole team are professional, polite and will always deliver on what they say. Having started the sale process just before COVID we dealt with Leigh During the first lockdown, he was helpful and would work all hours responding to emails- he carried out the valuation/marketing of our property and has made the process easy. We then dealt with Amy who again, is polite is always happy and will always respond to any queries. Since loosing our first buyer we have dealt almost solely with Kendall, she is professional, always happy and bubbly (even on a Monday morning) and loves what she does. HKL in Iver have been handling the sale of my parents home in Iver Heath. It was a very tricky sale, nothing to do with HKL, as there was an old leasehold on the property which needed to be changed to freehold. This was a very time consuming process in which we were entirely in the hands of H.M. Land Registry and solicitors. Throughout, Dominic at the Iver HKL office was a tower of strength and his communication skills were excellent, keeping everyone in the chain abreast of developments and issues as they arose. Without Dominic’s professional attitude (nothing was too much trouble) I sincerely doubt that the sale would have reached a successful conclusion. I would highly recommend HKL - many thanks to Dominic and the Iver team.

I can't thank Kendal and the team at Hilton King & Locke enough for all of their help with the sale of my property and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area. With some previous experience of working as an Estate Agent I was pthat annoying guy that thought he knew everything, however I was filled with confidence after meeting Kendal when she valued my property that they were the right agent to use and I was not wrong, I was inundated with viewings as soon as the property went on the market and I had a buyer within a few weeks. I was involved in a very difficult chain that took a long time to become a complete chain, and there was problem after problem, however Kendal did a great job of keeping me and my buyer updated and chasing up the chain throughout the process, I believe without her constant chasing it may of fallen apart. for my experience, I am a first time buyer, so only dealt with them on the buying side. Kendal was great at returning my calls & very enthusiastic. Unfortunately, my solicitor was not very responsive to the estate agents, so this caused a few issues, but Kendal still remained professional throughout. Kendal also did the viewing with me, & she did not need to say anything for me to fall in love with the property. towards completion, I was constantly contacting her with regards to the final details, she was always at hand to answer my questions or forward on to the seller, always getting back to me within the day. Kendal rang me, exstatic once we had exchanged, it is great to know that she was so involved in our purchase. The estate agent also had a strong relationship with my mortgage advisor (Manor Brokers), so when I was unsure on anything, they were able to resolve it & keep me in the loop at all times. They made this process so much less stressful for me. I would definately recommend!
