TrustpilotBad experience!!
Bad experience!!! As tenants we had the worst experience! We got our mortgage to a different company 10 times on top of Romans! To be avoided as they provided us with a misleading add, high fees, no communication at all,not help at all!!!

Hi Vanessa, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We always want to offer the highest level of service wherever possible to our customers and would be interested to know what we could do differently in future to deliver a better and hopefully 5* level of service. If you'd be willing to provide more feedback, either contact me on 01344758596 or email me at jgilliland@romans.co.uk. Kind Regards, Joe, Romans

TrustpilotWest Drayton branch is excellent!
We’ve had a wonderful experience with the West Drayton branch of Romans who have made finding and moving very simple and easy. Devon and James in particular were very professional and informative, and we really appreciate their help during the process.

GoogleAvoid Romans at all costs We were lied to regarding property's status which wasn't truly revealed until offer was accepted. After which we received hardly any updates despite chasing. I would recommend most local estate agents over Romans
