I was moving to Bath from Tokyo, and despite being so far away Romans made the process of applying for a tenancy and contracting very smooth. We were working with Amy from Romans and she was always super responsive and helpful with anything we needed. A great experience, I would definitely go through Romans again.

Not nice experience with Romans in Bracknell.Holding my deposit without a reason, no communication, no information, nothing.Everyone in this company seems to have plenty of time and is not interested in getting the things sorted.Will not recommend that company to anyone.

Did the job.We had two estate agents at Romans but primarily spoke with Oliver L. Always very prompt in communication. Can be difficult to get through the phone lines (might just be the way of the job/being away from the desk) but always accessible via e-mail.No question was a silly question with them.

Romans generally pretty disorganised but thank god for Bradley Frederick who helped navigate the chaos. He's a fantastic property manager who was super accessible and very helpful in getting pragmatic solutions to any issues. I highly recommend him, and moginie james (as was) Romans, not so much.
