It was Great being assisted by Bethany O’Sullivan, from the time when we 1st viewed the place and to processing our letting application. The reference checks to signing our tenancy all went very smooth. Thank you Beth, you are the best! Daisy Peplow on the other hand also helped quite well with our move even though we had a slight problem with the Landlord regarding our moving in date, she was always quick to respond and answered all my questions to satisfaction. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Romans Letting and Estate agents Farnborough.

It was one of the best customer services I have ever experienced from an Estate Agent. I would definitely recommend Farnborough Romans to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in the area. My wife and I were always in the loop on what is happening regarding the property we were interested in. We had Bethany O Sullivan as our agent (massive shout out to her) she was very helpful and always happy to help with no hesitation. She made us feel very comfortable to contact at anytime (business hours) to answer any little question we had. She made the whole experience less stressful for us. Letting us meet the deadline date to sign the contracts. You could feel she is proud of her work and everything was done to perfection, it was inspiring.

My heartfelt thanks to Donna-Marie Brant, Charlotte Travers, and Salome Correia and who have been incredibly proactive throughout the process. Donna-Marie Brant, the property manager displayed great professionalism and attention to deal with all my concerns to move in the new address. In addition, I am grateful for her quick response to all of my queries with prompt solutions. Charlotte Travers addressed all my queries with a great level of patience while viewing the apartment, as well as with post-viewing correspondences which was really nice. Salome Correia was very helpful during the documentation processing stage.

Catherine The Great!!

We agreed a sale on our property back in October 2022 through Romans after marketing for 2 weeks. Unfortunately our buyers used an online firm of solicitors who were uncommunicative for the majority of the time. Our buyers were also a nightmare to deal with and frustrated the process at every turn possible. Catherine (Move Manager) has been amazing. She has been the liaison point for us all throughout the nightmare and finally, after 7 months of delays, we are now completing next week. Thank you Catherine!

Anais did terrific work at last minute to ensure the new tenant had a car park fob. Anais spent a considerable amounty of time trying to resolve the issue with Encore Estate Management who were failing to trace the master fob to pair it with. The management company were poor in providing an incorrect replacement fob and no help programming it. Anais met with another one of Roman's tenants who do not use the car park and arranged to borrow their fob for the new tenant to use on a short term basis . Anais is still chasing the management company to resolve the issue with the fob on my behalf. Great work which led to a smooth checkin for the new tenant. Thanks

Top Notch Personal Service for Landlords

Romans have been our managing agent for a coach-house in Basingstoke for the last few years. Throughout this time our property manager Denise Hurn has been fantastic. She is really "on the ball". She is fair and reasonable and acts as a fantastic interface/interim between us and our tenants. There are other letting agents to chose from but we haven't even looked because we are so happy with the service we get from Denise (I bet her retention numbers are high - hopefully she gets rewarded for that accordingly)!
