Worst agency we have worked with among several up and down the UK.There is little interest shown by anyone from Manager or reps and no continuity with anybody.No use of mobile phones so only messages can be left and return calls are few and far between.Success rate has been nil so moving to another agency.

I recently had to find new tenants for my 1 bedroom house. From beginning to end the Farnborough Branch work hard getting photographs online and a detailed description published. Bethany O’Sullivan worked very efficiently and within a matter of weeks I had new tenants lined up. We had a choice of offers on the table. Amazingly we only had a one week gap between tenancies which was just enough time to spruce up the property. Big shout out the Bethany - keep up the good work!

I would like to thank the Lettings Staff for their assistance in the rental of a property for my granddaughter. A specific mention must be made to Hollie Evans who was thoroughly professional in the negotiations with the landlord and kept us informed of every step along the way. Without her assistance we would probably have missed the deadline for the signing of contracts. I would strongly recommend making Romans of Farnborough your first port of call if you are looking to rent a property in the area.

Really disappointed in the Swindon (Taw…

Really disappointed in the Swindon (Taw Hill) branch. Not only did I feel as though they didn’t really care about anything (since they took over from Dewhurst). I’ve just had to deal with an issue that nearly caused a problem with my credit file. They notified Thames Water that we had moved in to the property we just moved out from! And I started to receive outstanding bills from Thames Water!! Luckily I know someone who helped me sort it.
