TrustpilotHappy with Prospect >>> Agnese
I've been with Prospect since I've left England 3 years ago. The quality of paperwork and structure is fantastic. But most importantly, Agnese, my property manager is nothing short of amazing. She's super prompt, super kind and super patient...I cant think of an area where she could do more. A great example of going above and beyond for client.

TrustpilotThe Best Estate Agency
I've been renting from Prospect Estate Agency for almost 3 years and they are a joy to deal with, comfortably the most efficient property management company I've dealt with to date. This is mainly due to Agnese who deals with all my contract renewals, maintenance issues moaning etc, she is always friendly, positive, efficient and willing to help. Highly recommend.

TrustpilotThanks Saffron and the Team!
I had two issues, a bath that wouldn't drain and an immersion heater that wouldn't heat. On direction from Saffron at the Prospect team I raised both incidents on their system and she helped manage them along and kept me in touch with progress. The latter issue was fixed before 9am the following day, the other took a little longer, but was resolved excellently!

TrustpilotWorst Move In Experience Ever
They are highly incompetent, their operations are completely broken, they do not understand the basic needs of the tenants. House with the worms, they call it as deeply cleaned!!

GoogleI’ve been with the Prospect Farnborough for good 4 years+ with 2 of my properties being let and managed by the team. Starting from Simon, then my property managers Carla, and Katie and now Jordan helping me find a tenant for one of my property in no time. All are professionals 🫡 A fantastic team!
