Quick to respond to issues or queries, handles my frustrations with an irritating landlord with much grace and diplomacy and throughout COVID has kept me well informed of changes to the usual protocol. We will miss having her assistance when we move to our new home this summer!

The lettings team in Maidenhead are terrible. Uncommunicative, discourteous and, ultimately, incompetent. Maybe it was just our experience but be warned. We will not be using them again.(PS I've chosen to leave out the names of the agents involved as I feel identifying individuals is a bit too pointed. Therefore, I am leaving this review as broad experience of my unhappy experience.)

We advised you on what needed to happen for the sale to progress and gave you plenty of opportunity to do this but unfortunately this didn't happen, so in the end we had to take our sellers instructions to remarket the property. Agnese Rees has provided exceptional management of my rental property - ensuring any repairs are immediately addressed and always keeping the landlord up-to-date with progress. Agnese has always shown to be very proactive, helping to liaise with the management company's repair team to set up a suitable date / time to conduct the repairs. I highly recommend Prospect and having Agnes as your property manager!
