I am pleased to write that the services provided by prospect (Saffron) deliver are excellent. They respond promptly to emails and help to solve problems raised in due course. I complained about the break of the inner glass and it was given the necessary attention and fixed. Also, I was duly carried along in every step engaged in fixing the lid.

Thankfully I was able to find out how unprofessional Prospect is before I agreed to rent with them. A smart-deposit Scheme they was advertising on the website 'smart-deposit' doesn't even exist. This is obviously used to draw people in and make contact with them. Someone from the Reading office phoned me called Matt and he didn't seem to care they was false advertising.

unfortunately I didn’t end up purchasing a property as my chain fell through however I would like to give special credit to Beth as although my chain did collapse she did everything she could to try and keep it together, she was always there to answer questions and if I would look to buy again I will call her back up

During an unnecessarily difficult moving out process (not the fault of Prospect,) the agents at Prospect were extremely supportive of me as an outgoing tenant and Sasha in particular was lightning fast on responding to queries, arranging cleaning and the return of the deposit. It was a difficult time and I'm glad they made things much easier for us!

I had issues with the solicitors at first and Jordan and Darren at prospect were extremely helpful and efficient in contacting them on my behalf to get the issues resolved. They went above and beyond.

Josh & his team jumped straight on this and were brilliant in terms of getting things sorted, moved along and all parties within the chain, updated. If I should move again, would definitely use Prospects

At a time when finding a rental property is tough, I have had a relatively hassle-free experience thanks to a combination of excellent personal service from Anna Elema who was quick, efficient and bright, and some clever and easy-to-use software which took much of the labour out of a complex but necessary process.
