I have had a very poor experience with these people. Extremely poor communications from Prospect at all stages of property rental. Their behaviour and their overall performance has been very disappointing. Avoid.

Very impressed with Jordan Wells. I popped in to print of a mortgage deed as I had no printer at home and he happily obliged! Very kind, helpful and for one printout they will always get my future business and will certainly share this great positive experience with family/friends/business associates. Well done Jordan and Prospect for being there for the community! (I have been with Lloyds Bank for over 30 years a few doors down from Prospect and they would not let me print one sheet) - Lloyds can learn a lot from Prospect! Jordan, you rock sir! Cheers, Gary

Moving back to UK in difficult circumstances following a bereavement, Prospect were so caring, understanding & helpful in helping me find a property, and putting my case to the landlord as my circumstances were far from the norm.The communication at all times was great and they were very responsive when I asked to move in a week earlier then originally expected.The move in process on the day was extremely smooth.This was my first time renting on my own and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent through them again when this tenancy is finished.

Recently purchased our first home through Prospect, this was all new to us so unsure what to expect. After getting our offer accepted and Mortgage confirmed it was a rocky road, although rocky it was none of Prospects fault and mainly our solicitor and a few issues that our seller had with their purchase. Throughout the experience we had Aimee Smith assigned to look after our transition and she could not have helped more, always keeping in contact regularly and any issues or queries we had she was quick to advise or resolve for us, it was a long 6 months but not Prospects fault at all, brilliant from start to finish

Led by Paul Wickens the team sold a property that had been on the market for 2 years. I did try another estate agent for this property, one how had successfully sold others on my behalf but on this one they could just not get the sale. I decided to turn to Prospects and found them to be excellent. The communication was excellent throughout the process as was their advice. An excellent service by an excellent team. Of particular note would be Paul Wickens and Aimee Smith who I cannot commend highly enough. Thanks so much. Mike Morrison

GoogleWouldn't recommend renting with prosect. They moved me into a flat with no heating. Cancelled appointments to fix issue with an hours notice. Taken 3 months to fix 1 radiator. Only in the flat 5 weeks into renting and ive had to deal with potential new buyers when they stated in writing it was not going to be for sale as im renting it. Lied to me on several occasions. Then lied to council members saying the heating works and told buyers i don't know how to work the heating. Sending inventory 5 weeks after moving in. Worst estate agents I've ever come across. Very unprofessional leaving clients in the property unsupervised. Worst company to deal with.

GoogleSo after speaking to and seeing "a lot" of estate agents I'd like to say that I found Cameron Cawte to be calm and considerate whilst being very professional. As a grown up I don't need to be told that "you could do this or do that" to a house and Cameron didn't which was refreshing. The result being I made an offer on the spot which was accepted. I'm sure all the follow up work until completion will be equally professional. Well done Prospect on NOT trying to sell me a house!!

We have been renting out our property with Prospect for 7 years. And in that time we have had a few different people managing the property for us, and have all done a sterling job. But I have to say Lily Sines has definitely been by far the best. She is quick to respond to all emails and deals with every issue promptly and in a professional and courteous manner.

Did everything that a property agency should do. Service was fine, but nothing above and beyond what was required. Wouldn't actively recommend them, but i wouldn't advise people not to use them if they asked me.They did end up chasing me to get me to chase my referees when i had already provided them with full contact details of my previous letting agency as well as the landlord, after which it turned out the new landlord was yet to provide all the documents necessary from his end.Pleasant phone manner from many people in the company. I am also leaving this review on request as they apparently have a drive to get "ideally 5* reviews" to here and another ratings site.May update this review once we have to check out.

I have recently had the misfortune of viewing a rental property via this agency.They are unprofessional and dishonest with appalling customer service. I agreed to rent at the asking price and have not had a response weeks later. I am aware that they are still having viewings on this property. I can only conclude that their ultimate motive is to see which potential customer will offer the highest price.Highly unethical, avoid.

Throughout my property search for around a year I’d say, I’d always try and avoid asking Prospect for help, due to the attitude that Anna Elema has. I understand everyone has their own way of speaking but her tone of voice is always rude, like she doesn’t like her job or likes speaking to me. Very much off putting to be honest. On the odd occasion she sounds okay but most of the time it’s like she’s had a bad day and shows it too! She basically refused to help me since I’m looking “too early” for a property, as a person that’s on your database and a potential client shouldn’t you just help anyway?!!. I’m receiving help from other agents in the area so I don’t understand what the issue is. Looking for a property, especially in my circumstances is difficult enough, I don’t need someone with an attitude like that to just put me off, on multiple occasions. It doesn’t take much to sound more friendly, you don’t know how someone’s day is going before they call you.

These guys are a bunch of sharks - they hide behind a complaints 'process' that involves a Director, assessing a colleagues performance (needless to say their colleague in this case was also their friend). With a little more than 2 weeks until the occupancy date, the landlord, who was also the Area Manager for the letting agent, decided to inform us that their new property was not available, they had to delay their move, and we would not be able to take up occupancy. At no point were we informed (in writing or any other means) that our occupancy was conditional on the purchase of their new property going through. More worrying, they were unable to confirm a date that this would be resolved. We were ultimately left homeless as the landlord at our previous property had already let the place that we were living in (as one does?). They offered absolutely no support in sourcing alternative accomodation, noting that the property market was a tough place to be. Funny thing that - we were experiencing this first hand. At least they had a home to go to when they were done with their day jobs. They also did not offer an ounce of support for any additional costs, of which there were many, which effectively forced us to pull out of the deal. The also insisted that this was entirely our choice as they would love to have us as tenants, how selfless of them. Throughout the lettings, contracting and complaints processes, we were treated like the 'other party'. They exhibited very little care or regard for our wellbeing and absolutely everything they did, was done to protect the landlord. Their mate. They always fell back to the fact that there was no contract in place, and a holding fee had been paid (once again to protect the landlord), but we were welcome to back out of the offer.Needless to say, the complaints process was an even bigger waste of my time. They called us liars, saying we had been informed of the conditions of tenancy... nonsense. To be honest, I was not suprised by this outcome - with a conflict of interest such as this, it is expected that they would behave with impunity and without integrity.I will never rent from you sharks again, Prospect Lettings.

I can not praise Paul , Beth and Connor, from the Warfield Branch , enough. Their commitment to helping me move home was 100%. My house sale feel through a couple of times , through no fault of theirs, and each time they were straight back on it enabling my resale to take place with in a week each time. They where friendly yet professional at all times , keeping me informed of progress regularly. I am so grateful to them for their guidance and support. Great service

This is my second property through prospect and they’ve literally been a dream to deal with. I told them I wanted to move and within two days I had a call back from Charlie in the Bracknell office who had a property that aligned to everything I wanted. He kept us informed along every step and made the whole move so much easier than anticipated! Lily, one of the property managers, has also been amazing at always making sure issues are resolved in both our old property and our new one and actually has everyones best interest in mind!
