I have been with Prospect Estate Agency as a tenant for the past 2 years and I can undoubtedly say I have never been so happy and satisfied with the customer service they have provided me with every time. My property manager is Beckie Baxter and she has been phenomenal from day one to immediately provide a solution to my queries/ requests. Even when there were delays due to the COVID situation, Beckie had continuously been following up on the issues and trying to give the best solution as possible. Recently, there was a need to modify my contract renewal pattern because I won't be able to go for a yearly contract for some constraints. Beckie immediately picked up the problem and on the same day she discussed with the landlord and resolved the issue. I can now extend my tenancy on a rolling month-by-month basis. I can't thank her any more for this immense help!I really appreciate the level of good work Prospect Agency and the team are doing.Thank you very much.

As a landlord, I have let my property successfully through Prospect for several years without any issues. The property recently came up for renewal, and Beckie Baxter liaised with both the tenant and myself to find the type of tenancy which would suit us both best at this time. Beckie explained clearly, concisely and professionally what this would entail to both parties, and we were happy to move forward. Beckie has managed this property on my behalf for some time now. She is always professional, courteous, friendly and quick to respond to any issues either I, or the tenant, may have.

I am a cleaning service provider for Prospect, especially for Beckie Baxter who is a pleasure to work with. I find the communication and service from her to be exceptional, she is both organised and efficient, with honesty and a sense of humour (necessary when dealing with certain aspects of property cleaning!). She maintains excellent communication with me, both verbally and via email and keeps me posted on progression of several jobs at once, always on the ball and with a polite and friendly attitude. I wish Beckie every success and hope to maintain a working relationship with her for a long time to come.

It is a great working environment, professional and nice people, experts of the local market and always available when needed. Out of their team, I have been communicating regularly with Beckie Baxter, Senior Property Manager. Beckie absolutely wonderful to work with. She is very friendly and really care about her clients. She keeps me updated on any changes in the market and continuously maintained a satisfied client over a number of years. I had 3 viewings last week with Charlie from Wokingham branch. He was polite and personable and allowed me to look at properties at my own pace without putting me under any pressure , just pointing out important features at the properties . The fact that I did not choose any of the properties we viewed in no way reflects on his professional skills. Indeed, it’s in large measure due to his courteous demeanour I would be happy to come back to Prospect again should they have more suitable properties.

GoogleAwful, awful property management team. Currently living in shared accommodation and have reported various things that need to be repaired as requested by the property management team to do so, but the lack of response is shocking. Also, completely unwilling to assist with fellow occupants consuming illegal substances on the property, which any normal landlord would instantly deal with to preserve the value of their property. If you're someone who is looking to rent, stay well clear of Prospect because it is more hassle than it's worth, if I could give less than 1 star, I would.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleBeing with Prospect for two + years was a very professional experience for my wife and I. Good people who smile and say "hello, how are you today?" is a basic level of customer service that should be the status quo, but sadly I find is lacking in most other housing agencies. The point being, yes, they are estate agents but this group remembers that you are a human being as well as a customer. We have been working with Max who was kind enough to arrange for a viewing on a very short notice on the same day, despite the weekend. He was punctual at the property and was highly professional throughout the process - he patiently walked us through the property with a smile, and answered all our questions superbly. After we concluded the viewing, he (and his colleague, Darren) managed to get back to us with regards to our offer on the same day.
