We used the Wokingham branch. We had a bad experience, ultimately we withdrew our property from the market because of challenges primarily with our buyer, but we felt that Prospect seemed mostly to be pushing us to agree whatever the buyer wanted because we felt that they saw the chance of two sets of commission. We tried to pass messages to the buyer, and we do not believe they were always passed on. We would never use again, and would certainly recommend to friends and family that they look elsewhere. Having said that. Dominique in the office is very helpful.

I’m extremely satisfied with the services of Prospect Farnborough. I really liked a property and made an online enquiry. A viewing was arranged by the end of the week and Mr Chris Clarke was at the location by the time I arrived, he gave all the details and we gave an offer at the time of viewing itself, as we loved the property. We requested Chris to close the deal as we really liked the place. We gave some details online and that’s all we did. Everything else was taken care by Chris without a hassle and he confirmed that my offer was accepted in just 1 day, although there were other offers, he went out of the way and confirmed my offer in such a short timeframe.
