GoogleWe cannot recommend Prospect Estate Agents highly enough. From start to finish, Shaun and Sonam were absolutely wonderful ,professional, reliable, and genuinely honest. Throughout the entire process of buying our home, they were incredibly accommodating and made everything smooth and stress-free. You often hear stories about estate agents being unhelpful or prioritising their own interests, but our experience was the complete opposite. Shaun and Sonam truly had our best interests at heart. Their transparency and integrity were evident in every interaction, and it gave us complete peace of mind knowing we were in such capable hands. If you are looking to buy or sell a property and want a team that is trustworthy, professional, and genuinely cares about their clients, I would wholeheartedly recommend Prospect. Renting through Prospect agency has been an overall positive experience for me. As agents ensuring the communication & liaison between landlords and tenants, I imagine their work is not always simple. However, all the agents I have dealt with have been quick to respond to & manage issues. Most recently Nikki has dealt with issues swiftly and efficiently in particular ensuring the check out process went smoothly & liaised well with my landlord.

GoogleVery disappointed with the service. We completed all the referencing requirements and, based on the agent’s communication, we served notice on our existing landlord expecting the new tenancy to proceed. We were then told that the landlord was not willing to sign the agreement. Despite requesting our holding deposit back, the refund has been unnecessarily delayed. Poor communication and a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this service.

We understand how frustrating it must have been when the proposed tenancy did not proceed, particularly after you had completed the referencing process. Unfortunately, the final decision to proceed with the tenancy rests with the landlord and was outside of our control. We can confirm that the holding deposit has now been returned. GoogleWe were shown a couple of properties by Skyla. We were really impressed with her knowledge of the properties and their sellers. We have found other chains of estate agents werent able to answer even the most basic of questions about the properties we viewed such as "Where is the boiler?" but Skyla was able to answer all the questions we had. She was lovely, bubbly and kept our son happy and smiley as we went round the houses.

GoogleProspect Estate Agency were fantastic throughout my sale. Even though it all fell through due to reasons out of our control, I cannot fault their service. Shaun gave a good sale and was a pleasure to deal with. Asmita was absolutely brilliant, she was so kind and compassionate. Everyone was efficient and replies were timely. Overall a great experience with a really friendly local agency.

GoogleI used Prospects for a house purchase which took some unexpected complications and lengthy delays. The transaction was on the verge of collapsing until Darren stepped in and pulled all parties together to make the necessary changes. Right at the most critical time. Without Darren’s positive attitude and communication skills, I’m sure the transaction would’ve collapsed. Very grateful to Darren for this and I would recommend his services in future!
