GoogleDarren Winter of Prospect Estate Agency Farnborough Hampshire UK is a disgrace. I requested (in writing 24 April 2025) that he return the keys of my house to me. He refused, and confirmed in writing that he would not hand them back. This is illegal. I am the sole owner and own the house freehold.

I had hard time with my purchase (an understatement!) but it became clear that Prospects were willing to go the extra mile to do what was needed to help - communication, proactive support to all involved, honest advice even if painful to hear. Worked with Michael and Ross at the Reading branch to sell my house. The process was very smooth and efficient. The first sale actually fell through so ended up doing it twice. GoogleI have found Shaun, Darren, and Simon before them, to be friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in all matters relating to the sale of my property in Aldershot. Their valuation was spot on and not overpriced in an attempt to gain my business like a certain other more popular estate agent in the area. I would have preferred a brief update after each viewing on my property as this was a little inconsistent but otherwise i wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They will listen to you and your idea's, act promptly upon them if its to the benefit of the property, they also helped provide me with an excellent mortgage advisor! The whole process has been made as stress free and simple as these things possibly can be. Thank you.

Had several viewings and almost took a tenancy with the help of Kurt Owen at Prospect. Kurt is extremely likable, honest, and professional and I found it a real pleasure to work with him. Ultimately, we decided not to take the property, however I will work with Kurt and Prospect again as we continue our search.

Dear Javindar Lota,You will be costing your business a lot of money with your pushy and disrepective approach to getting a sale. You asked me twice and i said i already have a broker in place and as a matter of fact have a decision in principle. But you still went on and on to try and get me finance. All i ever wanted is a service with a potential to have a close, but you were will to give that away. i hope this gets to your superiors, you a liability to the company. I will get rid of you if i were to be your boss without a blink,you should know by now in your career what "A GREAT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE LOOKS LIKE" . Learn not to be pushy and you will always win.
