GoogleWe agreed a sale with our house really quickly. There was constant communication and the team were really responsive. The photos and video tour were amazing. There was a really strong risk assessment in place for circumstances with COVID19, so we felt that all safety measures were in place with people looking round. Hazel has been very responsive, and clear in her communications with me. She is very professional, and efficient. Not an easy job dealing with multiple parties but she got us there, I was literally sitting in the office and ran out with the keys at 4.40pm on moving day! Big thanks to Beth and team!

I was renting a house managed by Prospect Maidenhead for 2 years, but moved out due to landlord's decision to sell it. Agnese was very helpful in every step of the checkout process, however, in some cases there were some delays in response. Probably not Agnese's fault, but this is the only point I see that has room for improvement.Overall it was a very good experience. Thanks!

Every time there has been a maintenance requirement, an urgent repair or administrative tasks to attend, Julie has been super efficient, helpful and quick to help. She has made our whole experience of renting through Prospect 5 star.
