GoogleJust had an amazing chat with the manager from prospects stating that the agent I was using were basically rubbish, when challenged regarding his comments he stated "I'm just being honest" I then said that I don't want to do business with people who make these kind of statements, the call came to an end with him saying "well good luck" in a really condescending way.... What a way to run a company. I'm still amazed by what he said

I rent a property through Prospect and from the start to now, 2 years in, they have always been great to deal with. In particular, my main contact Lily Sines has been fantastic throughout, and continues to be great. Lily always replies quickly, is friendly and extremely helpful, and continuously communicates updates with any subjects I have reached out about.

Over many years I've had several managers to look after my property. By far the most professional and helpful is Lily Sines at Prospect. I cannot praise her highly enough. Lily is always 'on the ball', quick to respond, kind, looking to be positive and help with any issues. I would recommend Lily Sines at Prospect to any potential landlords.

I purchased my Flat 3 years ago and Propect have been letting it out for me. I’ve been interacting with the Property Agent Kate Smith if there are any issues surrounding the Flat on numerous occasions and she has been Superb keeping me up-dated. Emails , phone calls and texts are responded swiftly and quick if there is a problem. She was very Professional advising me about an ongoing issue I had with the managing agency who own the leasehold of my flat. Giving me directions and advice on how to overcome this obstacle. The 5 star is because of her , she deserves a Pay Rise.

We purchased & completed our home at the end of Jan 2021 through prospect & whilst every purchase isn't without it's teething moments I have to say that overall our experience was great, Ellen - New Homes Manager was fantastic & really went the extra mile in helping secure the property for us along with chasing additional issues we had on the matter. I would recommend her & Prospect to friends.

We can highly recommend Agnese and Prospect as a Lettings and management company. After several tenancies due to unforeseen circumstance during Covid19 we were looked after superbly by Agnese whose prompt and courteous communication with us and the landlord made the whole check in, rental period and check out as smooth as possible. They go the extra mile compared to other agents and provide a more personalised experience.

Despite being a little bit quick to ask us to decrease the sale price of our Parent’s house when we put it up for sale with Prospect and comparing it to other houses in the area that were in my view “not comparable” -it has all worked out well. And we have SOLD with Prospect. Beth Murphy’s communications were very good and her advice was invaluable when dealing with the prospective purchaser. She kept with us throughout the process, which was a little bit complex and in the end, we sold to the first viewer, at only a small discount to the asking price. We are very happy with Prospect and the result.

Michael was my main point of contact, he was always available to answer any questions and was extremely helpful when the first offer fell through. Aimee (Transaction Support Coordinator) kept in constant communication throughout the process of the sale and again, was really helpful. Would highly recommend.

We had an awful awful awful experience the letting assistant manager Betsy Harmer. We are a family of 4 with very young children. We relocated back to the U.K. from Asia and rented a temporary accommodation based on property photos from abroad. 1 week before checking, in my wife wanted to confirm the conditions of the property as she requested to Mrs Harmer, as condition for the tenancy, for the garden to be tidy and the property cleaned. The garden was in horrendous condition. We were concerned that the garden could represent a hazard for the children due to rats or mice. We called and called Betsy and complained about this. She asked us if we were ok to start living in the property until a gardener was found. However, she never solved our problem with the garden. In fact, she asked us to send photos and videos of it, which concerned us as we would have expected for the letting agency to do a check themselves. I found a gardener in 3 hours after checking in and proposed this and gave a quote to Betsy as well as the gardener’s availability to do the work. She said this was not authorised and forbid us to proceed. To protect my family, I decided to hire the gardener myself and pay from my own pocket. Horrendous service from this company and this person. Beyond awful. Do not recommend. In addition, the house was not cleaned, there were numerous marks in the walls. We had to give notice the 1st day. Please do not rent properties with these individuals.

Dan(Daniel Simmonds) at Wokingham Prospect branch has been fantastic in helping us in our property search. He takes keen interest in understanding customer needs and really makes an effort to send the right properties that are suitable and inline with customer needs (very rare from our experience). He also is very thorough and gets into the detail, providing us with additional information as requested. He always goes the extra mile and is always at the other end of the phone for any of my questions and yet not imposing.We would without hesitation recommend him to anyone who wants to find their next ideal home!
