Smooth Operator

We dealt with Beth Murphy in the Wokingham branch for our purchase and was very impressed with how on the ball she was. I'd often get calls from Beth before any solicitors to keep me in the loop and to keep me up to date on what she had been chasing. Very smooth!

I found all aspects of Prospects…excellent

I found all aspects of Prospects Maidenhead excellent. All their sales team were so good & more than helpful, pointing us in the right direction. Then Bernadette Martin as their Transaction Support was just as excellent, keeping us updated & always quick & honest. What more could you wish for during the stressful process of purchasing & selling your home? Jane

Shaun and the team we're absolutely brilliant, sold our flat when another agent couldn't, and secured us our new home by matching us and it was the perfect property! Shaun went above and beyond for us, we both work full time so communication in working hours can be different, shaun made sure he was available whenever we needed him. The entire process wasn't smooth sailing (no fault on prospect) but the team we're fantastic with everything. Someone was always available if we needed. We couldn't be happier!! Thanks Shaun for everything!!

I recently purchased a property via prospect estate agent where I was lucky enough to have Shaun Sims look after me. although my solicitor was very slow in dealing with things Shaun was in constant contact with them and myself keeping me up to date every step of the way and went above and beyond to make sure it went as smoothly as possible. I would recommend him and the estate agents to anyone looking to buy or sell a property

Couldn’t be happier with Prospect Reading estate agents. From the day of my viewing till my moving in date, everything went so smoothly! I was kept informed throughout, which is really important aspect for me since moving is quite stressful as it is. I would like to extend my thanks to Kurt Owen as he was the agent I had the viewing with and he really took the time to show me everything in detail but answer all my questions as well! I’m all settled in and very happy now! If there were more stars I would have definitely given them!

Amazing service from Beth

I would like to recommend and praise the amazing service we received from Beth from the Prospect office in Warfield which carried throughout the whole process of purchasing our first home. Beth has found us a home that was fulfilling all requirements, and then supported and lead the processes thought the whole time. She is a professional, hardworking person who kept in touch with us at every stage, keeping us informed. Prospect also recommended Nicola from Mortgage Advice Bureau who was equally wonderful and helpful, she took away all burden of dealing with banks and paperwork. Beth and Nicky make a dream team and I would certainly work with both of them again in the future. Very professional, honest, hands on and hard working ladies - we can't recommend them enough!Thank you!Klaudia & Dan

First time using Prospect Estate Agency (Reading Branch) to rent a property and I am delighted with their professional service. Charlotte Morgan

Charlotte Morgan. We’ve viewed several properties on our search with different estate agents but to be honest, Charlotte is the most professional and renting through Charlotte has been a breeze.

Prospects Warfield are amazing!

I cannot recommend Paul at Prospects Warfield enough. My mother passed away during the sale of her house and Paul was not only incredibly supportive but he was understanding and super professional; going over and above at every moment. I am incredibly touched by how amazing Paul has been. Whenever anybody talks about selling their house, I instantly recommend Prospects. Thank you so much Paul for making this sad time so easy and smooth. You really have been amazing.

Beth was a delight to deal with

Beth was a delight to deal with. She went above and beyond to close the sale. She constantly followed up with the lawyers of both parties to meet the deadlines. Kept everyone updated. The effort she put in, felt like she is selling her own house and not just doing a job

We have a property that is managed by Prospect. Like most companies I look for the 80/20 rule whereby we all strive for 100% which unfortunately is not achievable due to many variables. What is important is how and when the 20% that does not meet expectations is rectified. Prospect for us overall have done an amazing job over years with many teams; they have the 20% philosophy to rectify the challenges that have not been met. Hazel Sims is one of their stars.

Not your average estate agent…breath of fresh air

Paul and his team have a strong knowledge of the Warfield area and have a super friendly style of working with their clients, which is a breath of fresh air as an estate agent. They worked above and beyond to get our sale and purchase (even though they weren’t selling the house we bought) across the line and took at lot of frustrated calls from us on their shoulders and become our sounding board for things that happened within our chain. We would highly recommend the team to anyone buying or selling in the Warfield area.

Reading Branch - Hazel Sims

I've returned back to Prospect as a overseas Landlord, after leaving and using an alternative agent for 2 years. I have been very pleased with the service, Hazel Sims has been my dedicated property manager, and has kept service simple, efficient and effective. Everything taken care of, and a pleasure to work with on the few occasions we have needed to.

I recently purchased a property through Prospects and was helped by Beth Murphy. From the introductory call she was so helpful and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. I felt like I struck gold when Beth found a really lovely house and helped me on my journey to get it. Throughout she was understanding and helped me manage all the pressures that come with buying a new home. I still pinch myself that I am now here and will always be grateful to Beth for introducing me to my new home. Thank you Beth and the team at Prospects.
