I would highly advise against using Prospect’s estate agents. Jordan was brilliant to start with in securing my business, but as soon as the contract was signed it was a downhill experience. I was let down, pressured into making decisions and spending money very early on by both the estate agents and the “Transaction Support Team” and lied too. As a result I am heavily out of pocket, with nothing to show for it except additional stress and no empathy or understanding from the Prospect team. To make it even more difficult, I was unable to make a formal complaint as the person I wanted to complain about was the person responsible for receiving complaints

Sasha and Stefano are simply stars!!!

Sasha and Stefano deserve nothing less than 5 stars.I have never had a good experience with estate agents until I was managed by these two.Sasha is exceptionally professional and has continued to go above and beyond to attend to our queries and issues. Stefano has been just as professional and showed us so much kindness and resilience in helping us secure a new property (that we love!).If the rest of the Propects team are anything like these two individuals, then I would highly recommend their services!

Maddie Clarke is an exceptional estate agent. Maddie is far superior to any estate agent I have used over the years. She is professional, efficient, honest and extremely helpful. My move was particularly emotionally difficult Maddie went above and beyond to make me feel at ease and less stressed she always had time to listen and talk to me. Maddie always returned my calls promptly and nothing was too much trouble for her. I highly recommend Maddie. If and when I sell again I will use Maddie Clarke I’ve never dealt with such an amazing agent who makes her client feel cared for and valued.

My husband and I were recently supported by Leslie and Chris at prospect to find our rental property. Of all the agencies that we liaised with, I found that Prospect was the best. They were, communicative, patient, always quick to respond and to follow up but never tried to rush us. I believe that they genuinely had ours and I assume the landlord’s interest at heart; which is very rare. I will highly recommend them.

Its been a real pleasure working with Beth Murphy on my recent purchase. Beth was extremely professional and genuine through out this process and always gave honest, pragmatic advice when it came to the property…. And avoided using the pushy sales tactic which i had experienced with other property agents . It’s our first time buying and I can’t fault Prospect.. Beth in particular has bent over backwards to exceed our expectations and more! Sasha is an excellence property manager

Prospect estate agents have managed my flat for years. They have always been competent, but recently Sasha Byrne has taken over as my property manager. Sasha has transformed the level of service I receive. She has recently managed a very complex situation with 2 separate utility companies in order to get a new stopcock installed in my flat. Sasha, never gave up even though the companies involved became more and more difficult. She kept me informed through every twist and turn of this saga and ensured me and my tenant were happy. Recommendation for Sasha at Prospect

From the first call I had with Beth to arrange a viewing of a property to the exchange of contracts on that property I have been very impressed with her commitment and speed of response. Beth was very open and honest during the viewing and she clearly had a good relationship with the vendors. Good Lettings AgentsWe dealt with Sasha Byrne during our time in a rented house through prospect and she was fantastic, always willing to help and genuinely friendly - I've had quite a few rentals recently and Sasha has provided the best service of any estate agent.The only star removed is due to the Landlord of the property, who was incredibly difficult to deal with and I would advise prospect as a whole to vet their landlords closely as there are definitely some bad ones on their books!
