My messages and requests are responded to promptly and in particular my last arrangement for a faulty shower to be replaced, which was dealt with by Louise Robinson, was done efficiently and smoothly. I would recommend Richard James to anyone with a property to rent.

Laura was in touch with me at least once a week so I knew exactly how far along we had got. Would highly recommend Richard James a very professional company.

FacebookLouise Robinson - Absolute Legend! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We found our house online and knew it was the one for us! Called up but it was already going through referencing… sad times. 2 days later, “can you view the house tonight?! It back on the market!” YES WE CAN! Louise was a dream! She knew how much we wanted it and did everything she could to make it happen! We moved in today and we couldn’t be happier! ❤️ Definitely recommend Richard James! The house warming Prosecco is chilling in the fridge, all the staff, Louise, Jake, Frankie, Gemma, have made it so smooth and easy! Happy New Year! 💥
