GoogleSteve Cox at S&W has been working tirelessly to try and find a property that suited us. We are now resolved, but wanted to mention that Steve's efforts were second to none and I wish that he was local to us, so that we could make use of his professional approach and due diligence. Great work and thank you Steve.

GoogleWe want to give Steve from Diss office a massive 👍. He has helped us sell our house and supported us all the way. He has an extremely approachable, friendly manner and goes that extra mile in the unsettling process of selling your home. Also Caroline progressed our sale well and was organised, efficient and communicative and we feel they are a both a great asset to Starkins and Watson. Having dealt with different estate agents through the buying and selling process we think starkins and Watson are very professional in what they do.

GoogleAs first time buyers, I was super nervous about the whole house buying process. We didn't know whereabouts we wanted to live, so had a lot of experience with many different estate agents... Richard James were by far the best! Not only did we get emails whenever a house was put up, and then easy communication whilst booking viewings, but they provided secure and constant communication throughout the whole process. We found a property we loved via Richard James and, thanks to them, buying the house was such an easy process. I know that if we ever sell our home, we will do it via Richard James!

GoogleWow what an exceptional service that Richard James has given us so far. Can’t thank Mark, Georgia and Alana enough as they have not only been professional but have gone above and beyond. We were advised by another estate agent that our house value was £10,000 less than we were expecting but after speaking to Mark he reassured us that he would do his best to get us what we wanted! We then sold 2 weeks later for full asking price and we are absolutely over the moon! If you looking for an estate agent then look no further you won’t be disappointed!
