Initially we put our house on the market with another estate agent and although they got us some offers resulting in 2 sales, the after sales care was awful resulting in both sales falling through. There was no communication which lead to the sales dragging on and not going through. We decided to change agents after this bad experience and I can’t fault RMJ. The property was marketed well and a sale was achieved fairly quickly. During this time all the staff including Skye and Harry were very helpful. Once the sale was agreed Kendell chased it regularly and communicated updates. Dallas was also always on hand if Kendell was unavailable and again he was always extremely helpful. There were some issues with parts of the sale but they were always dealt with quickly and everyone knew what was happening. The whole experience was completely different to the first agent we used. Selling a house isn’t always easy but it was definitely made easier dealing with nice people that were professional, friendly and communicative. I would 100% recommend them and would use them again.

Throughout the whole purchasing process the staff were friendly, helpful and informative. I would particularly like to recommend Jake Wellman, Steve Cox and Coren Pollard. During the viewing process Jake was a huge help. He was super flexible with timings and availability and on the first viewing day he had a huge amount of patience taking us around the town with back to back viewings for most of the day. He was always quick to respond and organised the other viewings for us. During the second viewing day we had the pleasure of meeting Steve (Branch Manager) who took us to the other viewings. Once we had decided on a home to put an offer on he facilitated the initial processes between us and the seller, organised access to the property for the building and asbestos surveys and kept me regularly updated. Coren (Sales Progressor) was a huge help in facilitating further negotiations between myself and the seller towards the end of the process. Overall the Starking &Watson Diss branch Team were amazing and made what is a very stressful process run smoothly. They are very efficient and the process from Offer to Completion took less than 3 months.

I would just like to say how pleased we are to Alanah for the service and advice we received on selling our property . We did have another agent out to value the property, who advised us to market it at £25k less . The fees were slightly higher with Alanah but she reassured us that our property would be marketed to its best potential and we had a video ,which really did the house justice.
