Poor service for sellers. Lie about buyers status so as to get your business, charges are also very high. DO NOT USE!!!

We do not accept that we gave false information about the buyer's status and it is unfortunate that the sale took longer than anticipated; this was due to delays caused by the buyer at the bottom of the chain. Absolutely brilliant experience buying with Pearson’s. Their communication was great, they stayed in touch, giving updates and reassuring us. Absolutely avoid this company for Lettings. They found an unsuitable tenant for my house, which they allowed to view my house without my permission and then started doing checks, again without my permission, and when I told them to stop they were rude and ignorant and told me that due to clauses in some contract they say I signed (but could not produce) I owed them costs for not taking the tenant. Absolutely absurd. Office full of cantankerous old women and little girls. Very unprofessional.

I'm surprised at the negative reviews on Google as if it wasn't for Pearson's help I believe the exchange process would have dragged out for weeks. Every time I have had to call them they have gotten back to me the same day with an answer or as much info that they could find out, and they have always been friendly and professional.
