I called for some advice on 4 bed rentals as we need more space with a large family. Shelby was really helpful and knowledgable, helped us with locations and rough prices to expect. We are now on the look out for a bigger home and Shelby will keep us posted if something that ticks out boxes comes along.

Beals support team in Whiteley head office, does not prioritize the interests of landlords, neglects their assets, and fails to address the requests in a timely and efficient manner.One of the primary issues I have encountered is the lack of a dedicated and accountable individual to follow-up matters from start to finish (I sent so many back and forth email to chase the outstanding issues unfortunately, the response time from Beals support team has been unsatisfactory, they always reply email on Friday evening even we sent email week ago), resulting in delays and frustration on my part as a landlord.I am deeply disappointed to find that even with the additional investment in the Gold Service, the level of service provided does not meet expectations. I can conclude that “you pay more for Gold service, you get more disappointed, you get more frustrated”.From my experience, Beals' apparent is not catering landlord’s interest.Regrettably, based on my recent BAD experiences, I would NOT recommend Beals' Gold Service to friends or any landlord. I am not the economist but the simple maths equation is, NO landlord / NO property to let = NO more business even you got tenants. But I think Beals top management don’t care their business.

I have been using Beals for around 5 years for my BTL properties. I have always found them to be very responsive and they seem to always find tenants in a reasonable time. Jasmin/Lucy in North End are a credit to the business. Property Management/Maintenance are up and down but Front Office in the most part is faultless.
