Not upfront and honest estate agents. People on the phone are friendly when you call but estate agents pretend they don't know details of the property and you don't get the full information on the ads. Viewed a property that was of a non standard construction but the agent didn't tell me and nor did the advert. I put an offer down, which got accepted until a friend told me they're near impossible to get a mortgage on. I called the agent and asked she said "oh I'm not sure, the home owners think it might be, but are also not sure", when it is. Told her I couldn't get a mortgage on that and got hit with "use our brokers, they'll get you one." I've since pulled my offer, the advert went back up and still hasn't been updated to say "non standard construction".

I cannot thank Phoebe and Zoe enough for their great service at Beal's Waterlooville. Zoe did a very professional show round and Phoebe enabled the tenancy to complete on time (earlier infact) in spite of the problems and challenges presented by Coronavirus and the need to meet very tight deadlines. Friendly Staff

We went to Beals in Hedge End and were astounded by the service. Sadly our late grandmother passed away and we needed a valuation for probate. Because we wanted to keep the property in the family, but needed value for probate, a lot of the other agents in the village weren’t very interested but Liz and Jack were sympathetic, understanding and more than happy to help.
