They have been very accommodating and efficient, particularly Liam & Ruby who have answered my never-ending tirade of questions, to the referencing company they use who wasted no time in getting everything passed through quickly. Never had any issues getting through to them and Ruby has always answered my emails quickly. This has been a very big move for me and so having an agent who has been efficient and friendly has certainly made the experiences less stressful. Many thanks guys!

Our move from Canonstown to Godolphin Cross has been nothing but stress free, smooth sailing and all done with the most warmest, friendly and professional bunch of people.
The admin side of the process was completed with ease and super quick! a lovely office in Falmouth and always on the end of the phone and/or email.

GoogleDon’t use these as they are so untrustworthy I paid 6 months rent in advance plus deposit and it came to over £1000 then they never told the land lady in paid upfront and charged her £150 to collect rent they already had , then when the 6 months was up they wanted another 6 months rent so I got In touch with landlady and we got rid of Martin and co , nothing but scum

Hi Paul, while we always welcome feedback I do feel your points raised are somewhat wide of the mark. I know it was some ago but you will remember that the reason you paid six months rent in advance was due to the findings of the third party referencing company and their assesment of your affordability. As there was no change to this after 6 months (and you werent willing to be re-referenced) we advised your landlord of the risks of accepting monthly payments thereafter. We did explain our complaints policy to you at the time and so I am surprised that you choose to review our services some 12 months later. I am less surprised that your review is almost as disengenous as your initial referencing application.
