Felicia previously worked in real estate in the United Arab Emirates gaining a wealth of experience before returning to the UK to manage Martin & Co Falmouth. After 25 years of service in the Royal Navy Jon joined Felicia in the business. ARLA qualified and with hands-on experience as a landlord himself, Jon offers support to customers and investors alike. Our experience is that our property administrator, Hannah Maxfield keeps us well informed about the tenants’ needs and completely up-to-date with changes to laws and regulations that affect us. We also rely on Hannah to communicate with our tenant tactfully and professionally when needed. Recommended.

The service from all the team has been exemplary throughout; very responsive, professional and ultimately - most importantly - trustworthy. Can’t recommend them highly enough. GoogleAbsolutely appalling treatment and handling of their tenants. Poor communication between them and the actual landlord, very hostile towards us, as tenants. It seems like that there is a obvious change of treatment if you are a student and renting with them. If you have the ability to choose, DO NOT GO with Martin and Co., unless you want to bring yourself headaches and a lot of stress. And to Martin and Co, If you are so fond of your good reviews and value your tenants, maybe you should start doing instead of only talking ;).

Tenancy Reference Number 2525. We are disappointed that you feel that there has been a lack of communication between us and the Landlord. One of the Tenants has recently confirmed that a number of maintenance issues have not been passed on to our office and obviously if we are not informed of these issues we are not able to deal with them. We have listened to all of our telephone recordings and re-read through our emails and at no point have me or my team been rude or ‘hostile’ towards any of you. I do however have a telephone recording where one of the tenants was screaming swear words at a member of my team and can provide this if you wish. Hopefully we can get this relationship back to where it should be and get any maintenance issues dealt with once you report them.

GoogleLiam has been great help throughout the whole process of me finding student accommodation, he has done online viewing through WhatsApp video call allowing me to view the house while i am back home working, without Liam's help I would most probably still be looking for accommodation at the moment.
