Bad experience! When it was time to received the deposit they did a report (check in and check out of the flat). The problem is that we never did it at the beginning and only them did it so they said the flat was perfect without any type of damage. We waited 3 weeks for our deposit because what they said in the report of check out was totally wrong. Never again with them!

TrustpilotYou cannot choose a worse agent
They seem very helpful until you pay those ridiculous fees and then all of a sudden they become horribly unprofessional. You have to remind them of your requests several times and even then they don't act. They ignore your emails or, in the lucky case, answer them in one sentence. At the end they try to rip you off your deposit a claim even more for non-existing 'damage' of the property. Run away from them!

The services, including managing and maintaining of the property, I that I have received from Martin & Co. Glasgow have been great. They have always been very efficient in communication on every side. It really has helped me taking off the stress and time.

they lied to me and many issues.they raise their voices .. not polite at all..they charged me beyond what is required for the last payment...they failed to do most of the required repairs. for this point..the landlord has a big share of the responsibility...

Weymouth branch is horrible. They are doing no fault evictions withouth any compunction. Would give zero star is possible. They lie as you read a book. Unpolite and rude.

We want to praise Andrew Lester of Martin & Co Prestwich personally for doing such a good job. We chose him to sell our property for us because he was so good when we bought it almost five years ago, and this time was the same high standard.We hope that not only clients such as ourselves but also solicitors realise how fortunate they are when they have him as the estate agent.

Absolutely disgusting. Everyone for the group booking turned up and we were told 30 mins later it was cancelled. When we rang up they were completely unprofessional and rude on the phone. Don't think they realise people have to pay money and take time off work to get to theae viewings

Poor experience selling property advised Martin and co estate agent on several occasions I had my doubts regard the authenticity of a cash buyer however was encouraged to hold on after 5 months still no completion date very unsatisfactory service and changed to a different estate agent would not use again

GoogleCould not be happier with my experience with Martin and Co. I initially applied for a home that was unfortunately fully booked for viewings, but Liam emailed me about another home and an open viewing the next day. After that, the process was so quick and simple and I'm now just waiting for the keys to my new home.

Absolutely wouldn’t recommend at all moved into a property in September, reported my boiler not working correctly and it’s January and still not fixed after contacting them over and over again you feel your banging your head of a wall constant trying to get things done. They are everyone’s worst nightmare not what you want especially when you’re renting for the first time too. Absolute joke !
