FacebookWe are about to complete our sale...and Falkirk Homes got us more than we had ever imagined for our house! £20k more than we thought!We had a couple of estate agent evaluations from big local estate agents, some below, and some on par with what our expectations were. At first we were a little apprehensive going for a smaller, unknown company, but took the risk, and we’ve never lived to regret it!The value for money can’t be put into words! We had amazing pictures of our house taken. Media packages from other estate agents can cost and extra £300, on top of their selling fees!!Falkirk Homes took drone footage of our home at no extra cost, included in the £495 selling fee! This was a huge selling factor of our house.Falkirk homes promoted our home like it was their own.Their approach to selling your home is like no other company!We’re not first time buyers, but first time sellers. Quite a scary, official process...but John and the girls helped us through it with so much ease.I honestly can’t recommend Falkirk Homes more!Thank you guys Emma, Allan, and the girls!

It's so refreshing to be dealing with people who understand the housing market from an buyers and sellers perspective. Their advertising is fantastic and we loved how creative they were.
Their very reasonable pricing makes so much more sense than other expensive commission based estate agents and really sets them apart.
We would definitely recommend Falkirk Homes as being a very personalised service where they cut all the usual estate agent jargon and just keep things simple and easy.
Plus being a local business you'd be silly not to use them. They know Falkirk and don't undervalue what you are selling just to make a sale. Very impressed! Will definitely be using them again whenever we look to move again.
